Nebulizer and aerosol spacer benefit people who suffer from short-term breathing problems such as asthma or long-term conditions like Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease (COPD). Our portable micromesh nebulizers vibrate at the top of the liquid reservoir and pressures out a mist of very fine particles with particle size less than 5 microns. Our micromesh nebulizers are handheld size, battery operated, low noise, and one key operated. Our micromesh nebulizers are suitable for distilled water and saline.

Using a spacer is another solution that enables patients to breathe in the mist directly into the lungs and not wasting in the back of the mouth. Our aerosol spacers allow patients to inhale medicines in a more effective way, hence providing relief from asthma symptoms.

Our products are produced and assembled in a controlled environment with strict quality inspection prior to shipment. We provide our international customers with flexible private labeling and customized options and low MOQs. Equipped with a team of experienced sales representatives and regulatory affairs staff, Asia Connection considers clients’ requests as its top priority and is dedicated to delivering better infant care, nursing, and home care products around the world.

A nebulizer is a small electric or battery-powered machine that turn liquid medicine into a fine mist for treatments of asthma, COPD(chronic obstructive pulmonary disease), or other lung diseases. This mist comes through a tube that is attached to a mouthpiece or facemask for the patient to breathe in. Medicine goes into lungs as patients take slow and deep breaths for 5 to 10 minutes(sometimes even longer). A nebulizer can deliver medicine with less effort than an inhaler.

Most nebulizers work by using air compressors. Compressor nebulizers generate pressurized air that causes a blast at high velocity through tubing to the liquid medicine to turn into aerosol particles, which is then inhaled by the patient. Compressor nebulizers are portable, user friendly, and generate effective particle sized aerosol, therefore are ideal for home use.

A different kind of nebulizers, called ultrasonic nebulizers, uses high-frequency sound vibrations to turn liquid medication into a mist. Compared to compressor nebulizers, ultrasonic nebulizers are quieter and even smaller in size but usually cost more. Ultrasonic nebulizer sessions are quick and painless and usually take between five and seven minutes to produce the desired effect. The most popular type is the small, battery-operated, hand-held version that asthmatics and other patients who have breathing problems use for quick, silent relief from throat and lung pain. This type of ultrasonic nebulizer is meant to be used while traveling or simply to be kept nearby.

An inhaler is a medical device used for delivering medication into the body via the lungs. A spacer is a holding chamber for asthma medicine which attaches to the inhaler on one end and to a mouthpiece or a facemask on the other end. When the patient pushes down on the inhaler, the medicine stays in the spacer until he or she is ready to breathe it in. With a spacer, it usually takes less than 30 seconds to get medicine into the lungs. Without a spacer, medicine from the inhaler can go to the back of the throat instead of into the airways (breathing tubes) inside a patient's lungs.
